Instructions:
- Open On Track Meals flameless heater bag and grab packet containing heating pouch
- Open packet contain heating pouch and put heating pouch back inside main bag
- Put On Track Meals MRE in main bag
- Put 50ml of water in main bag and close zip lock
- Wait 7-10mins and enjoy your hot On Track Meal
