SHIPPING
• Free shipping within Australia for orders over $150.00 (excludes oversized items etc)
• For all purchases below $150.00 a fee of $15.00 is incurred
• Bulky goods, or overweight packages may incur extra charges (please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote)
• We can only ship within Australia
• We deliver either via Australia Post or a courier. Shipping details will be advised upon dispatch
• Delivery is usually within 7 – 10 working days, depending on location (please note that this may vary due to Covid19 restrictions)
• Orders placed by 1pm on normal working weekdays will be dispatched the same day wherever possible
• It is preferred that the delivery address will have an authorised person to take delivery of the goods. Parcels are generally sent with Authority to Leave if the person is not at home and will be left in accordance with the shipping providers standards. Aspire Adventure Equipment is not responsible for any parcels that go missing in such circumstances. Please advise us if you require a Signature on Delivery service
• Should there be any issue with delivery please contact us as soon as you become aware
• If for some reason we are out of stock of a product that you ordered and paid for through the website we will contact you and offer an immediate refund

CUSTOMER RETURNS & WARRANTY CLAIM POLICY
CUSTOMER RETURNS (NON-WARRANTY CLAIMS)
• Items must not have been used (footwear may be tried on inside such as on carpet or floorboards etc)
• Goods, packaging, and all labelling must be in perfect condition (as when received)
• Clearance or On Sale items are not available for return
• Custom orders (products that were specially ordered in at request) are not available for return
• Product exemptions for return: Climbing Gear and Personal Safety Items (safety reasons), Underwear (health and hygiene reasons), Buffs and Face Coverings (health and hygiene reasons), selected Ruffwear items (health and hygiene reasons)
• Return postage is at customers cost and any damage incurred due to poor packaging is the sole responsibility of the customer (hence we recommend insurance is taken out)
• Bulky items surcharge, express post costs etc are non-refundable
• Return requests to be made within fourteen days from receipt of goods

• Depending on your location we will then give detailed instructions on how to return the item/s
WARRANTY CLAIMS
• What is covered? Faulty workmanship and/or materials
• What is not covered? Wear and tear from normal usage, negligence during in the storage, use or the maintenance of the product, damage caused by nature
• Warranty claims are generally assessed by the manufacturer or distributor, some of whom have their own terms and conditions that may apply
• Please note that we can only deal with warranty claims for goods purchased from Aspire Adventure Equipment
WARRANTY CLAIMS REQUEST PROCEDURE

• Contact Aspire Adventure Equipment on (03) 63 318 708 or info@aspireadventureequipment.com.au (PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE GOODS UNTIL THIS IS DONE)
• Depending on your location we will then give detailed instructions on how to return the item/s if required at that stage
• In most instances the warranty claim will then be referred to the manufacturer or distributor for their own assessment. If the claim is then validated, we will either offer a replacement, refund, or repair of the goods and this will be communicated by phone or email
