Pure Electrolyte Hydration is a premium natural isotonic electrolyte drink base using real freeze-dried fruit, carbohydrates and electrolytes. It is best used during exercising periods over one hour or high-intensity exercise sessions.
When mixed with water to the correct concentration, Pure Electrolyte Hydration will assist with ensuring adequate fluid intake during exercise and help prevent or treat mild dehydration that may occur as a result of sustained strenuous exercise.
