The light and sleek Swamp Cooler Zip uses shade-providing spandex over the back and Ruffwear’s Swamp Cooler tech in the chest panel for an evaporative cooling effect that disperses heat from the dog’s core. To tap into the Swamp Cooler tech, soak in water, zip on your dog, and go.
