The Koala has been designed to bear the load in the safest possible way, with the Multi-Fit back length adjustment system fitting precisely to the wearer’s body. Salewa’s fully adjustable design keeps transitions between parents simple with a few quick adjustments to the hip belt and torso straps to ensure comfort on longer hikes. The design of this carrier works to distribute the weight to your hips rather than your shoulders in order to reduce strain on the spine for added carrying comfort.

A lightweight collapsible stand lets you load and unload your child with ease and lets the pack remain upright and ready to load when not in use.

A large zip fastened compartment provides storage for bulkier items with three smaller compartments to support all your family essentials. Two zip pockets on the padded waist strap keep your smaller items close at hand.

A detachable sunshade keeps your child sheltered from direct sunlight while a rain cover (kept in the main compartment) can be deployed to guard against showers.

The Salewa Koala II Child Carrier Backpack is suitable for children up to 15kg with an additional load of up to 4kg.
